Acquisition of 4 Tanker newbuildings

Following its communicated strategy, Ernst Russ is expanding beyond its
traditional container shipping focus by entering the chemical/product tanker
market. This is a strategic diversification move aimed at strengthening
long-term cashflows. The company's entry into this new ship segment
demonstrates that it is achieving its strategic goals: to diversify the
fleet across various vessel segments. We therefore confirm our Buy
recommendation and the EUR 12.50 Target Price.
